Ridgemont is a stunning villa high up in the tranquil Long Bay Estate, views from this villa are simply breath-taking. Long Bay Beach is beneath you with views onward to Jost Van Dyke, Sandy Cay and beyond. The villa has recently been renovated by its new owners and offers room for up to 12 guests with five air conditioned bedrooms. Ridgemont is great for a large family to enjoy spending time together or perhaps a group of friends to share some wonderful memories together.
There are two separate pavilions positioned either side of the pool. The main pavilion has the kitchen, living room which opens out onto three veranda’s to enjoy several views of the island. The vaulted ceiling’s offer a relaxing experience with many sofas to enjoy the ambience and entertainment of this villa. Indoor dining offers you a chance to dine more elegantly with its glass top table and majestic chairs. The large kitchen is well-equipped and offers you a home from home experience to ensure you can cater for you and your guests needs.
At the front of the main pavilion is a lower level bedroom with 4-poster bed and en-suite bathroom. There is a large shower and also enjoys a full kitchen which makes it a private suite from the rest of the house. At the rear of the deck on the lower floor is a bathroom with two further bedroom/bathroom suites on the upper floor, a King Bed or Twin Beds if you require this layout. The next two bedrooms/bathrooms (one has a bath tub) are one above the other and in a separate pavilion leading off the pool deck. The layout of this villa allow privacy for all its guests. The views from these bedrooms are stunning from their private verandas.
Ridgemont has plenty of outdoor space to enjoy, with sumptuous sun loungers, relaxing sofas. You can enjoy Alfresco dining for up to 12 guests.
